GETTING STARTED

Download the Filling Co. Rewards App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Select Login or Sign Up and fill in your personal information. If you already have an online ordering account, you should use the same login. Once logged in, you can go to the edit account to add your birthday and other information for special rewards.

If you have a Filling Co. Rewards card enter the card number during registration to link it to your account. If you already have an account and would like a rewards card you can pick one up in the store and email rewards@fillingco.com to have us link it to your account.
4. Purchase

Scan the mobile barcode or Filling Co. Rewards card during your transactions at Filling Co. to begin earning points towards rewards. You can also use the phone number linked to your account to earn points in store or at the pump. Just select Filling Co. Rewards and enter 1+ Your phone number. For online orders, please login into your account before placing your order to earn points for your purchase.

Once you reach 300 points you are eligible to redeem your first reward. Log on to your app, redeem your desired reward, and use it within 30 days. Rewards can be redeemed in store, online or at the pump.

  • What are my benefits as a Filling Co. rewards member?

    Upon joining, you will start earning points for eligible purchase in-store, online, and at the pump.

    • Earn your first reward at 300 points
    • Receive a $0.15/gal discount as a welcome gift

  • How do I join the Filling Co. Rewards Program?
    • Download the app and go cardless
    • Sign up online
    • Visit a Filling Co. location and ask for a Filling Co. Rewards card. You will need to register the card online or on the mobile app
  • How do I earn points?

    Once enrolled in The Filling Co. Rewards program, you will earn 10 points for every dollar spent on eligible in-store & online purchases. Earn 5 points for every gallon of fuel purchased at the pump. To earn points, show your Filling Co. rewards app barcode or Filling Co. rewards card at checkout or provide your phone number at the register (you must type 1 + your phone number). If you are ordering online, make sure to log in to your account.

  • How do I redeem points?

    To redeem points, you must be registered on the mobile app or on the guest website. Registration allows you to track your account activity such as points balance and rewards earned.  Once logged into your account, select your reward. Covert your points (300 minimum) for a reward-yourself product or fuel discount.

  • How do I check my point balance?

    Points balances are available on your purchase receipt, on the guest website, and on The Filling Co. Rewards app.

  • Do my points expire?

    Generally, your points don’t expire. However, if you go a year without making a purchase, all your points will expire at that time. Once your points are redeemed for a reward, your reward will expire after 30 days.

  • What in store items do not qualify for earning points?

    Excluded items include, but are not limited to lottery, alcohol, tobacco and/or gift cards. You will also not earn points on Doordash, uber eats, and grub hub online orders.

  • What if I have a problem with my account, lose my card or have a question that is not answered here?

    Please contact us at rewards@fillingco.com and a member of our team will respond to you as soon as possible. You can also use your phone number or barcode on your mobile app to earn points without your card.
